A thriving, family-friendly church...

St. John Baptist, Berkswell is an extraordinary 12th Century Norman church with an extraordinary history. Built upon the site of an earlier Saxon church, it has been soaked in prayer for over a thousand years and its stones tell the stories of those 'living stones' that have shaped the life and worship of the inhabitants of this community. Remains in the crypt date back to the 8th Century.
