St Nicolas Anglican Church at the British Embassy, Ankara

St Nicolas' Church, Ankara, is a community of Christians from around the world who have found a home in the broad experience of the Anglican (Episcopalian) Church. Please consider joining us - you will be very welcome. After the church service, we continue our fellowship over light refreshments.

As we are situated in the grounds of the British Embassy, it is necessary to inform us of your intention to join our worship service. We are required to provide the British Embassy with the list of our guests by Wednesday evening. Please send your information to the church gmail account, with a photocopy of your passport, and await our confirmation. If this does not happen, sadly you will not be able to access the compound.

Safeguarding

The parish of Ankara is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Europe’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
