Accessibility

While there are no toilets inside the church, public restrooms are available just 50 metres away in the underground car park.

The central underground car park in Château-d’Oex is located directly opposite the church, offering convenient access for visitors. Please note that parking fees apply until 7:00 p.m. on Sundays. Several mobile apps are available for easy payment.

The church entrance is accessible via a ramp, making it suitable for individuals with mobility challenges or those using wheelchairs.

We are a dog friendly church. Dogs are welcome providing they don't disrupt the service.

Our Building

The stained glass windows in the chancel were donated by Mr and Mrs Kitchin in memory of their son. He was killed in a motorbike accident on 28 May 1930 whilst studying at Cambridge University. The windows were created by Francis Skeat an English glass painter who created over 400 stained glass windows in churches and cathedrals.

The Church was built in 1899 by the Anglican community and placed on the patronage of ICS. It is a listed building in the Canton of Vaud.
