Carols by Candlelight, Friday 8th December 6pm

Occuring
for 1 hour
Venue
Salinas Anglican Congregation
Address
Church of the Sagrado Corazon de Maria, Estacion de Salinas, Archidona, Malaga Province, 29315, Spain

Our ever popular Festival of Carols, with the choral ensemble, La Vid y La Vida.

The Carol Festival will consist of traditional & modern readings, choir pieces and carols for everyone to sing. It is our biggest event of the year and we recommend you arrive early to get a seat.

Afterwards we will serve mince pies and wine.

This year´s Festival of Carols supports the charity, Age in Spain, a volunteer-led organisation that enables English speakers in Spain to live their best life and be well prepared for the changes that later life brings. Age in Spain provides information to help people make considered and well informed choices, and to reduce isolation and loneliness for vulnerable and older people.

Salinas Anglican Congregation

WELCOME TO THE SALINAS ANGLICAN CONGREGATION

'Salinas', 'salty' in Spanish, reminds us of the moment when Jesus gave his disciples their mission:

You are the salt of the earth. You are the light of the world. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5).

Our congregation is part of the Malaga Chaplaincy. We meet in Malaga, Salinas and Velez-Malaga: three churches within one Chaplaincy. Click here for the Chaplaincy website and details of the other congregations.
