Rev Malcolm Rogers, Chaplain of St Andrew's Anglican Church, Moscow and Area Dean of Russia, will be in St Petersburg at 4pm on Sunday 18th September to lead a special service of commemoration, with Holy Communion, to mark the death of HM The Queen.
The service will be held in the ground-floor chapel of the Petrikirche, 22-24 Nevsky Prospekt.
