Good Friday Meditation

This Good Friday, we gather not in grandeur, but in silence and stillness—to listen at the foot of the Cross. Together, we will reflect on the Seven Last Words of Jesus, allowing each to speak to our hearts through scripture, short personal reflections, silence, and music.
The service is designed to be simple and meditative, lasting about 60 to 90 minutes. Seven members of the chaplaincy will offer brief reflections, each guided by three simple questions, to help us enter more deeply into the mystery of Christ’s final moments.
