This week only, our Wednesday service will be 1/2 hour earlier at 17:30 instead of the usual time of 18:00.As it is the first week of the month, it will be a Service of Prayer for Wholeness & Healing.
Our Sunday readings throughout August have all featured bread. So on Sunday (25th August) we are going to actually make bread as part of the service! We'll then bake it and, hopefully, it will be ready for us to use at Communion.(OK, we are cheating a little bit - we'll be using a special altar bread recipe that doesn't use yeast, and bakes in about 10mins.)All ages welcome to come and join in at your Parish Church, Sunday at 10:00.
There will be Sunday services at the usual times throughout August. A couple of them will be slightly different to usual, and there will be no Open Church or weekday services while the clergy are on annual leave.Sunday 4th Aug 08:00 Holy Communion 10:00 Parish EucharistNo Open Church or weekday services between 7th and 10th AugustSunday 11th Aug 08:00 Morning Prayer 10:00 A Service of the WordSunday 18th Aug 08:00 Morning Prayer 10:00 A Service of the WordWednesday 21st Aug 18:00 Holy Communion with Prayer for Wholeness & HealingSunday 25th Aug 08:00 Holy Communion 10:00 Parish EucharistDetails are also on the attached flyer
