3. Election of members of Chaplaincy Council (nb because of the reduction in CC numbers last

year, the next election of members is expected in 2026)

4. Appointment of auditor

5. To receive and discuss the following reports

• Chaplaincy Electoral Roll

• Chaplaincy Council report on the life and ministry of the Chaplaincy

• Financial statements of the CC for year ending 31 December preceding the meeting

6. Other Chaplaincy Reports to be received and discussed

• Archdeaconry Synod

• Safeguarding

• Ecumenism

• Local Committees: Gratot, Avranches

• Communication: magazine, website, social media
