About Us

Welcome to the Anglican Church in Sofia, where All Are Welcome, All Are Loved!

We're a diverse community of believers (led by a lay minister) from various denominations (ecumenical), countries, and cultures who come together to worship, grow, and connect.

Our regular services typically occur every Sunday (from 3 November 2024), and we meet every Thursday evening for Bible study at the chapel.
Please check our Facebook events page for any changes to our schedule - https://www.facebook.com/AnglicanSofia/events

We conduct our services in English and hold them in the beautiful Catholic Chapel of the Annunciation on Oborishte 5 in Sofia.

At our services, you can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can connect with others and deepen your faith. As an integral part of our services, we offer Holy Communion to those who wish to partake.

Don't worry about what to wear. Come as you are - we focus on your presence, not your attire!

We believe that everyone is unique and valued in the eyes of God, and we strive to foster a personable and authentic community where everyone feels welcomed and supported.

We strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for anyone visiting the city, looking to find a church home or simply to explore faith. Our community is here to welcome you with open hearts and arms.

Free On-Street Parking (Sundays only) is available in the area. Blue Zone on all other days, pay via texting your car registration number (license plate) to 1302.

In a world that can often feel divided, we aim to be a beacon of unity and love, living out the commandment of Jesus to "Love your neighbour as yourself" (Matthew 22:39). Whether you’re a long-time believer or just beginning your faith journey, we invite you to join us for worship, fellowship, and to experience the transformative power of Jesus Christ in our midst. At the Anglican Church in Sofia, "All Are Welcome. All Are Loved."
