The appointment of Tim was the conclusion of a process of discernment and prayer. This included the preparation by the Parochial Church Council of a statement of the traditions and needs of the parish and its people, and meetings of the new priest with the elected parish representatives who, together with the bishop, agreed to the appointment. 

Tim and Lucy meat at the University of Surrey and they have been on an adventure together with Jesus ever since!

Tim studied Hospitality Management, moving on to work for companies like Sodexo and Serco, focusing on large scale investment and transformation projects in the public and private sectors.

Tim's call into ordained ministry became a reality, 6 years ago. He studied Theology at St Melliyus College whilst continuing to live in Guildford (home for 20 years) and attend St Saviours. His curacy led to a move to West London and St Paul's Church, ealing.

Tim and Lucy have three children, Ruby (12), Jonah (10) and Daniel (8).
