After 4 years the Frensham Christmas Festival is back at St Mary’s Church on 9th and 10th December. There is a Tree Competition with about 40 decorated trees, entertainment, Christmas Stalls, Tombola, refreshments, light lunches ……. and more! Open 10.00am to 6.00pm on Saturday 9th with Carols by Candlelight at 7pm; and 10.00am to 5.00pm on Sunday 10th, followed by a Christingle service at 5.00pm. Festival Admission: Adults £5 - Under 16 years free! Children under 11 years to be accompanied please by an adult. For more information and a tree entry form contact [email protected]. Dockenfield: The Church of the Good Shepherd

The Church of the Good Shepherd, Dockenfield was built in 1911 and is a beautiful example of the arts and crafts movement and architecture of the period.  It is a Chapel of Ease to St Mary the Virgin in Frensham.
