Join us in St Mary's Church Hall for another Exploring Christianity in our series, exploring the notable achievements of extraordinary Christian men and women who were driven by profound belief in art, literature, poetry, music, architecture and science. This month Roy Waight will talk on the Apostles, focusing on the movements of the Apostles after Pentecost. The talk will be based on the study and interpretation of various writings, and on discussions between Brian Capper and Roy Waight.
Do join us at 6 pm on Sunday 19th May for what will be a highly informative, and uplifting talk. The talk lasts about 40 minutes and is followed by informal discussion over wine and canapés. Everyone is most welcome. The evening is free. Donations received will go to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, Guildford Action and St Mary’s, Frensham.

Dockenfield: The Church of the Good Shepherd

The Church of the Good Shepherd, Dockenfield was built in 1911 and is a beautiful example of the arts and crafts movement and architecture of the period.  It is a Chapel of Ease to St Mary the Virgin in Frensham.
