Organ Recital at St Mary’s Church every third Tuesday at 1pm. Free admission with a retiring collection. Soup and rolls from 12 noon in St Mary’s Church Hall.

Groups, Courses and Activities

The Forum is a welcoming and open gathering of people passionate about learning. It takes place in St Mary's Hall every Thursday evening from 7:30pm. We discuss a broad range of topics covering anything from faith, human development, history, current affairs, relationships, films, etc. We have refreshments, i.e. coffee, wine, nibbles, etc. We have lively and fun discussions as well as covering serious topics. We regularly have structured learning, for example Lent and Advent courses.

We have the most fantastic hall at St Mary's Church, designed by local Architect Ian Adam-Smith. If you wish to hire the Hall, the cost is £15 per hour for regular bookings. For one-off occasions such as a wedding, funeral, or other gathering we ask for a donation. The Church of the Good Shepherd is also available to hire on a similar basis.
