Take a look at the photograph of the historic church now in ruins. Is this the future for our beautiful church in Dunsfold?
Do we care enough to make a difference?
It has been a special place of worship for more than 700 years. Now, as we look forward to 2024 and beyond, we wonder if your parish church will be here in ten years' time.
We want to install a new priest for Dunsfold and Hascombe but we need to be able to demonstrate that Dunsfold people value their church at all times, not just when they wish to have a wedding, a funeral or celebrate Christmas.
Without greater support, Dunsfold church will inevitably close. Please consider very carefully if you care about that.
If you do, which we really hope you do, please come and talk to us at Dunsfold Church during our open afternoon next Sunday July 30th from 2pm-5pm.
We will have a continuous short presentation, and people to answer your queries and to hear your views. Please do come and give us your thoughts. We need you to be involved.
If you are unable to attend, or want more information, contact the churchwardens: Sheila Jones 01483 200204, [email protected]; Jan Richardson 01483 200519, [email protected]
We will be serving teas and cake as well. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday.
