Lyne & Longcross: Holy Trinity
Holy Trinity is a friendly, welcoming church with a small but growing congregation ranging in age from 0 to 90 plus. We value rich traditional worship that is “informally formal” and try to explore together what it means to follow Christ today and to grow in our capacity to do so.
We are a church made up of services in different but overlapping worship styles.
On Sundays, we have the family friendly and contempary service of Trinity Praise, a joyfully informal service at 9:30am. This a welcoming and joyfully fun and interactive service, all are most welcome.
We then have traditional Eucharist and Holy Communion service at 10:45am, this is a quieter, mindful service to give you the time to listen and be centered in this ever busy world we live in.
On Tuesdays, we hold Morning Prayer in our Longcross Chapel.
Come any Sunday to see for yourself and stay for refreshments and a chat after the service. You can be guaranteed a friendly welcome, smiles all round and a wonderful Church Family too!
The parish of Lyne & Longcross is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Guildford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services
