Welcome
to the website for All Saints Church Tilford in Surrey. For over 150
years, All Saints Church has been at the heart of Christian community
worship in the small, beautiful village of Tilford. Today, we are a warm, welcoming and growing church community, with a Eucharistic heart but offering something for all worship styles and ages, in the best traditions of the rural Church of England. Our main service is at 10am each Sunday, alternating between traditional Eucharists and more contemporary services (including our excellent worship band). On the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays each month, we also celebrate Holy Communion at 8am, according to the 1662 Book of Common Prayer - a beautiful, reflective start to the day.
The church is growing among all age-groups, and there is good children's ministry every week (either in the main service, or through our well-led Sunday School). We work closely with the fantastic All Saints Infant School, including on a range of joint services and events.
All
Saints, Tilford is part of the United
Benefice of The Bourne and Tilford which
consists of the larger parish of The Bourne, with its three churches (St. Thomas', St. Martin's, Brambleton Hall) and the smaller village
parish of All Saints, Tilford. Tilford has its own resident priest, The Revd Ben Cahill-Nicholls, who works alongside the wider Benefice team. Events and small
group courses such as Lent groups are shared across the benefice,
while the parishes have separate Parochial Church Councils and
operate as independent entities.
