Our Building
Our Community Cafe on Fridays 10:00-13:00 is a registered Warm Space and free lunch is provided as well as hot drinks. All welcome.
We have obtained our bronze award and are working towards net zero by 2030.
Music and Worship
Our choir sings at most of the services. The choir mainly supports the sung communion responses and occasionally sings anthems. We practise on Tuesdays 8pm, all welcome.
Each service includes a mix of traditional and modern worship music / hymns. We have a diverse worship team who each bring difference music to the services. We enjoy a great variety at St Mary's.
Groups, Courses and Activities
Our youth group is called "God's Treasure Hunters" and we meet on average twice a month. We also enjoy going to Danehill Ventures together for youth events.
We run Alpha courses when needed and then Discipleship Groups for new people.
As needed (once or twice a year)
We have several home groups that meet regularly for Bible Study. People are encouraged to attend a Home Group.
Our Community Cafe on Fridays 10:00-13:00 offers cuppa, snack and chat, and we serve lunch at 12:00 (usually soup or toasties). All are welcome, of all faiths and none. We are family friendly and there are toys and books for the children.
Every Tuesday, during term time, Little Lambs Library runs from 10:00 - 11.30 am. There is play, craft, bouncy castle, story & songs.
