Early contemplative prayer with elements of silence

Meditation is a powerful way to relax and can help lower
stress levels. It can also be deeply resourcing for your spiritual life. We use John Mains Anchor Word approach, which enables us reach beyond our thinking and feeling.

So this a free group and open to all who are interested in learning or have an established contemplative practice.
