Our newly launched pastoral care team can help with all of this and much more. The pastoral care team is led by the rector and is made up of trained members of our church congregations, who have completed the necessary safeguarding checks. The team is there to provide extra support to our communities, to ensure that no one is forgotten about, and to show the Love of Christ to all people. If you would like a visit from the pastoral care team or if you know someone who you think would value a visit, please do get in touch.
