St. Alban, South Norwood. A Society Parish in the Diocese of Southwark
The parish of St Alban The Martyr takes the Safeguarding and care of children and vulnerable adults very seriously .
The parish of South Norwood: St Alban is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer( PSO). The Diocese of Southwark’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
For more information about this can be found on our Safeguarding page.
As a church we rely entirely on the financial generosity of supporters like you. Your support of St Alban's enables our ongoing ministry to continue. By giving regularly through the Parish Giving Scheme (PGS) , you are also ensuring that our building is maintained, services can continue, and the doors of St Alban's are open to the local community.
If you are able, please inflation-link your gift to St Alban's ; this is an enormous help to us as we face rising costs over the years. If you are UK taxpayer, please make a Gift Aid declaration; this increases your gift by 25% at no cost to you.
Thank you for your generous support – it is greatly appreciated.
