Sunday Sung Eucharist
A quieter service in which all members of the congregation are invited to place a few grains of incense onto charcoal, symbolising our prayers offered silently to God. this is followed by a time of silent prayer
A beautiful sung evening service led by St. Margaret's four-part SATB robed choir. Each month there is a different Magnificat & Nunc Dimittis setting, psalm, canticles and Anthem sung; combined with a selection of congregational hymns to enjoy. Please note there will be no Choral Evensong in April, instead it will be a Sung Evensong Service.
During the weekend Friday 19th July - Sunday 21st July we will be celebrating our Patronal Festival Weekend here at St. Margaret's Church.
Friday 19th July - Open to visitors: 10.30am - 5pm

Sunday 21st July - Open to visitors: 12pm - 4pm
Over the weekend, we will be holding a Flower Festival in the church, with a nautical theme. In conjunction with the flower festival there'll also be various musical events happening over the weekend too (click on the attachment to see our poster, or visit our website for further details).
On the Saturday, 20th July, there will also be a table-top sale in the Church Centre, with lots to see.
On the Sunday, 21st July at 10am, the Bishop of Thetford will also be visiting, and taking part in our Sung Eucharist Service.
There will be lots going on over the weekend, so do come along and enjoy the celebrations. We look forward to welcoming you to St. Margaret's Church over this special Patronal weekend!

Come along to a Table-Top Sale at St. Margaret's Church Centre on Saturday 20th July 11am - 3pm, as part of our Patronal Festival Weekend.
There'll also be lots of other things happening that weekend too; flower festival, displays, various music, cakes & refreshments. After looking round the different stalls in the Centre, why not then pop across to the church and have a look round at the various things happening in there too.
