Hi, for all the latest news and information please see our website www.stroud.church
At St Matthew's Church, we are reviewing our activities and services, in line with the current guidance from the Government and from the Church of England. The Archbishops of Canterbury and York are calling for Church of England churches to put public worship on hold and become a “different sort of church” in the coming months to face the challenge of coronavirus. In a joint letter, Archbishops Justin Welby and John Sentamu said it was now necessary to put public services on hold until further notice and to close our buildings. For details of our live streamed services, please visit www.stroud.church Full details of the current guidance for churches can be found here. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the church office.God bless.
