New Benefice

Our new benefice was formally created in May 2010 with the inclusion of St John the Baptist Holywell cum Needingworth. St Johns Woodhurst moved to the Somersham group at the same time

The Rev Sheila Anthony formally became the rector of the new Benefice at its formation.

We have informally decided to refer the benefice as the Meridian Benefice as the Greenwich or Prime meridian passes through all three parishes.
