We have held our initial vacancy meeting to start the process of discerning wat our 'next steps' as a Church should be and hence both what we should look for in, and offer to, a new incumbent. This involves us in working with the Diocese and the Lord Chancellor's Office (as Patron) to agree a Profile, then advertise, short-list, interview and offer.
