Thank you for visiting our website! St Michael's is a friendly parish church in the centre of Woolmer Green. We meet for worship every Sunday at 11:15am, and you'd be very welcome to join us.
We have regular family services and strong relationships with our village school. Our Sunday worship at 11:15am is usually accompanied by the organ and a small choir. We have eucharistic services three times a month (1st, 3rd and 4th Sundays) and a family service which is more informal on the second Sunday of the month. If there is a 5th Sunday, we usually have a service of morning prayer. We are looking for opportunities to serve our wider community and show the love of God in practical ways, and are always happy to welcome newcomers into our midst.
Our parish of Welwyn & Woolmer Green is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO).
