St Michael’s Church warmly invites you to a gentle, reflective Christmas service, offering peace and solace for anyone who finds the season's jollity overwhelming.

This service is for those who want to mark Christmas without the busyness and festivity, providing a space to pause, reflect, and be still. Whether you’re facing bereavement, other challenges, or simply seeking a quieter way to engage with the hope of Christmas, you are welcome to join us.

Come as you are, and take a moment to find peace amidst the noise of the season.

Refreshments served after the service, for anyone who would like to stay and chat.

St Michael & All Angels

Welcome to St Michael and All Angels! 

We are an inclusive, community-focussed church, that aims to help people of all ages and backgrounds encounter God in both traditional and contemporary ways.  

St Michael's seeks to be a safe place to explore faith, ask questions, and grow as a follower of Jesus.

Our weekly pattern of worship is currently:

Sundays

09:15am Holy Communion (with choir)

- 1st Sunday of the Month -  'All Together' Communion (for all ages)

- 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Sundays of the month - Sunday Club for children offered during the service (with some exceptions during the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays).           

Tuesdays

10:00am Said Holy Communion or Morning Prayer

The parish of St Michael's is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO).
