At Christ Church we believe that children and young people are not only the Church of tomorrow they are the Church of today !

We have a children's corner at the back of the church, where we have books and toys to keep little ones entertained if they are too young for Junior Church or if it's an Informal Eucharist (where everyone is in church for a shorter, more relaxed service on the first Sunday).

We are planning to restart Junior Church for children aged 3 upwards. We go into the church hall at the beginning of the service and have a lot of fun learning about God and faith, before rejoining the congregation at communion time. Parents are always welcome to join us whilst younger children settle in.

Parent, baby and Toddler Group: Meets in the Church Hall on Thursday's between 9.00 am - 11.30 am. We have toys, games, songs and activities for the little ones, and plenty of tea & coffee for the adults. Just drop in. 

Messy Church. Once a term or so we have Messy Church, which is intended for children and young families. It's church where you don't do much sitting down! We make things, sing songs, have games and activities and always finish with food. Check our website for the next one.
