Baptism (or Christening – they mean the same thing) is how you become a member of God’s family, the Church. We are really pleased you are interested in a baptism at St Clements, if you would like to be baptised or if you would like your child to be baptised that is all we need to know - it’s a yes from us.
We welcome everyone and don’t set any barriers or conditions, other than you promise to teach your child something about Christianity, the faith into which they have been baptised.
Baptisms are held on Sundays, within our morning service at 10:30am, or sometimes at a separate time, usually at 1pm.
Godparents should themselves be baptised.
