On Sunday 4th July we are joining in the national celebration of Thank You Day. The idea was proposed by a small group of people who thought it would be a great way to make people feel valued, and it’s being supported by the Together coalition, which is made up of hundreds of organisations including the Church, the Scouts & Guides, the NHS, the Mirror and the Sun newspapers, and the Football Association.

The idea behind Thank You Day is to build on the community spirit that so many felt during lockdown, and to thank all those whose kindness and selflessness helped us during the pandemic. It is an opportunity for us to encourage thankfulness in our community and to thank all those who have supported us and our church. Come along to our special service and join us as we say "Thank You"!
