At the heart of our Communion service, also known as the Eucharist, is thanksgiving, we give thanks for all that God has given us in Christ.

At this service, we, as a community, gather to ask for God’s forgiveness for sins, to listen to readings from the Bible, including a reading from one of the Gospels, to hear a sermon from Rev Alison, and to come together in prayer.

We receive consecrated bread and wine and at the end of the service, after sharing refreshments, we go out into the world to live and work to God’s praise and glory.

We love to welcome anyone to our Sunday services so please do come along!

This is an opportunity for us to come together at the start of the week, before things get too busy, to find time to help invite the Holy Spirit into our heart and minds for the week ahead.

We can't wait to welcome you to Jimmy's on term-time Thursday mornings, 09:30-11:30. We have lots of toys and activities for all children and a healthy snack will be provided, as well as tea and coffee for adults.

There is a cost of £2 per session per family and for Childminders, it's £2 per child, no need to book, just come along and join in the fun!

This is an all age, family friendly free event focused on having fun and creating time for us to come together and hear the stories of Jesus, plus other bible stories, and growing as a community. No need to book, just turn up!

We will do crafting, singing, listen to a story and then eat some yummy food together, what could be better on a Sunday afternoon.

Please be aware that our sessions in January, February, October and November will be held at the High Wych Memorial Hall. From March-August we will be in the church and remember, this is a free event so we look forward to welcoming you!

This evening service is the opportunity for us to confess our sins and profess our devotion to God. During the service, if you would like, Rev Alison will mark your forehead with the sign of the cross.

Monthly BCP service

Everyone is welcome to come and join us for bacon sandwiches, pastries, tea, coffee and a morning chat before our February Family Service.

This event is free of charge, although donations are always welcome, and allergies will be catered for as far as possible.

Maundy Thursday services traditionally include a focus on the Last Supper, not only as the beginning of the Triduum (the Great Three Days), but also as the institution of the Lord’s Supper, Eucharist, Communion

Join us for the last hour of Jesus’ life before he died at 3pm.

This is a short reflective service as we think and remember the last hour of Jesus’ life

Join us as we celebrate the joy and hope of Easter Day with a special Family Communion Service. This all‑age service gathers our whole church community to rejoice in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the heart of our Christian faith.

Our worship will include uplifting Easter hymns, engaging Bible readings, and a short all‑age reflection that helps children and adults alike explore the meaning of new life. Together, we will share in Holy Communion, giving thanks for God’s love and the promise of renewal that Easter brings.

Whether you come as a family, on your own, or are visiting for the first time, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Children are especially encouraged to take part, with activities and moments designed to help them join in the celebration.

Come and share in this joyful morning as we proclaim: Alleluia! Christ is risen!
