Sunday opening: 10:30 - 12:30 for Sunday Service
Mon-Sat opening: 10:00 - 14:00
As well as being open for our 11am Sunday service, St Mary's is open daily for visitors from Monday to Saturday from 10am - 2pm. Access is via the porch door (with the blue shutters), at the side of the church as you walk up the path. Go through the porch and the big oak door will be unlocked. It can be stiff to open so please be careful.
Getting here
St Mary's is the parish church of the historic village of Henlow, Bedfordshire. Dating from the 11th or early 12th century, St Mary's has stood at the heart of the community for longer than anyone can remember, providing a sacred space for everyone to enjoy: a place where life’s beginnings, joinings and endings can be celebrated or commemorated in baptisms, weddings and funerals.
