On 12th November St Andrew’s will be holding a service of Remembrance. The village’s war memorial is within the church building. At the service the names of those from the parish who died in the two World Wars will be read out.

Even if you do not consider yourself a Christian or a church-goer you are very welcome to join in this event.

At a time when the situation in Ukraine brings the reality of war ever clearer. We pray:

O God, may the times that we have to take up arms in defence of what we believe to be right never blind us to the continuing need to search for a better peace, that all may live in peace promised us by Jesus our Lord. Amen

Welcome to St Andrews Church

St Andrew’s offers a warm welcome to any who wish to join the Church Family for our regular Sunday worship, during weekday activities or at various events in our social life.
