Candlemass this Sunday
This Sunday is a feast day, a celebration day, in church, Candlemass. Light and life are seen and celebrated, amidst the winter frost.
We are invited to kindle flames, as we remember the light seen in the baby Jesus brought into the Temple at Jerusalem.
We will celebrate with spirit filled music, with words preached by our team Rector Joe Moffatt and with cake.

Do join us at 10.30am on Sunday 29th January, bring friends and neighbours and let us celebrate.

I am glad you’re here — and I look forward to welcoming you in person.

I am Rev. Mandy Beck. I have the privilege of being the minister of this beautiful church with its wonderful, welcoming congregation. St John’s is a place people come to celebrate and have fun, and where they find support in the challenges life brings. The diversity of people who connect with this church, both in worship and through numerous community activities, is enriching to all of us.
