If you enjoy doing a jigsaw puzzle, we are running an exchange at the church. Bring along a jigsaw and exchange for another or just come and select a jigsaw and exchange it next time. The church is open during the day, so come along whemever suits you.

The group meets in the church for company, refreshments and shared crafts every four weeks on a Tuesday afternoon from 2pm - 4pm. Choose your project, bring it along, and one of the our many Knitters will be there to help you along your journey to achieve amazing results. The dates for the next three months are Tuesday February 18th, Tuesday March 18th and Tuesday April 15th.

Whipsnade village lunch is run by volunteers, who very generously donate the profit made to our church . It is run in a new format and is hopefully more sustainable for the volunteers and is held every 4 weeks on a Wednesday afternoon at Whipsnade village hall from 12.30pm. They offer a light lunch, cakes, tea and coffee for £6.00. There will be no village lunch in January and our next village lunch will be Wednesday 19th February.

As a tribute to Vanessa Hornby, a greatly loved and respected former Whipsnade Churchwarden, her family are organising a concert in the church on Saturday 1st March 2.30pm - 4pm. All welcome, especially children. Refreshments will be provided and donations will go to the church and a charity choosen by the family. It is a very relaxed and family friendly event.

A meeting of children and young people in age groups (toddlers, children, teens) starting in church at the beginning of the 9.00 service then moving to a nearby home for activities. School terms only.

Every other Wednesday, we hold a coffee morning at the church from 10am - 12pm. Everyone is welcome, including dogs. Come and enjoy a coffee and a chat. The dates for January are Wednesday 8th and Wednesday 29th. The dates for February are Wednesday 12th and Wednesday 26th.

Service of The Word, with participation by young people.

We meet once a month on a Saturday morning 9am - 12pm, to take care of our beautiful churchyard. We will be meeting on Saturday 15th February and Saturday 15th March. We will be tidying around the old graves and the two Gardens of Remembrance ready for spring. All our welcome to join our team and enjoy some fresh air and exercise. Refreshments will be provided.

Our Eco group in the Benefice of Whipsnade, Kensworth and Studham hold an Earth hour every year. Whipsnade church is hosting it this year on Saturday 22nd March. 8.30pm until 9.30pm. The church will be bathed in candle light with lots of activites for all age groups and there will be a chance to look at the stars from our churchyard. We look forward to welcoming you.

At the Mothering Sunday service on Sunday 30th March, we will be distributing bunches of flowers to celebrate our mothers. The posies will be prepared in the church on Saturday 29th March at 2.30pm. All adults and children are welcome to come along to help assemble the gifts and enjoy refreshment.

Come and join us on Friday 18th April. The service is open for all children to make a minature Easter garden. These gardens are then deplayed in Whipsnade, Studham and Kensworth churches. Come along with a parent or other adult to hear a story, sing Good Friday songs and help make a garden. There will be refreshments, including hot cross buns and biscuits.

Come and join us on Sunday 20th April to celebrate Holy communion and the resurrection of Jesus. You will be able to light a candle for a loved one or in remembrance of someone special. There will be an Easter egg hunt for the children in the churchyard after the service. Refreshments will be provided. All very welcome to this special service.
