Opening
The church is open every day for visitors from 9am to 5pm.
Getting here
The Church is bright and friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere. More than half of members travel to the church from outside the village because of the warm welcome that they received when they visited.
The building is simple, built of brick with a 16th century tower, nave (1719) supposedly designed by Nicholas Hawksmoor, and apse added in 1860 - one of the Victorians' better ideas! The pulpit and altar rail are Jacobean, from the previous church. The interior is light and well maintained. It is set at the back of the village green in a well kept churchyard where conservation is taken seriously.
Services are said, mainly traditional, but people are open to new ideas.
