A Morning Prayer service is held in the Chancel at St George of England Church, each Monday morning at 9.30am. All Welcome.

Come along with your painting and drawing materials and enjoy time with other artists.

Fresh fruit and vegetables and bread to share. All food is free. We are open to all. Please limit your bag to 3kg to ensure that everyone has a chance to take what they need.

On the second Thursday of the month we hold our “Afternoon with friends” at 2.00 pm. It is an informal time to play scrabble / draughts / dominoes / puzzle etc or just sit and chat! Tea and cake too.

A service of Evensong at 6.00 pm in St George of England Church. Come along and join us. All welcome.

On the third Thursday of the month we plan to have our Ladies Fellowship group when we often invite speakers or have demonstrations ......everyone is welcome and why not bring a friend!!

A wonderful time to learn more about the Christian faith in a friendly, informal setting. We begin with refreshments, then watch a film on a different weekly theme exploring such topics as Who is Jesus? Why did Jesus die? How can I be sure of My Faith? Why and How should I read the Bible? Does God Heal? Why and how do I pray? What does the Holy Spirit do? Then we move into small discussion groups to consider what we have heard that evening. The sessions soon become very special, with folks valuing each others company and by the end of the course, people have made new friends and feel like part of a bigger family. All are welcome. A group for young people aged between 9 and 13 which usually meets on two Tuesdays each month in Wilkinson Hall. Please contact Rev Linda or Rebecca for more information. Sometimes we meet indoors and sometimes we meet outside.

Arty and Crafty days for children in the Wilkinson Hall on Wednesdays August 7th, 21st and 28th from 10,00 am onwards, Bring a packed lunch if you like. Remember to bring an adult and dress to get messy. But most of all HAVE FUN!

Messy Church at Wilkinson Hall from after school until 5.30 pm. Messy Church usually meets on the fourth Friday of each month, and we look forward to welcoming back our families and new members.
