Our regular service of Communion using contemporary language

Normally, the First Sunday of each month is a Combined Benefice service. On 6th April, there will not be a combined service, and the service will be the same as for other weeks.

This then will be our regular service of Communion using contemporary language.

Once a month, we gather together to celebrate Christ's death and resurrection in a sung Eucharist.
The location varies - on 13th April, it will be at All Saint's, Caldecote.

Wednesday 16th April: Mark 14. 53-72 - Jesus before the High Priest

We gather for a service to celebrate the gift of the Eucharist that Jesus shared with us at the Last Supper. During this service, the priest will wash the feet of some congregation members to remember Jesus’ act of humility on that occasion.

Immediately following the service, a (voluntary) hour-long vigil will be kept to reflect on the intense agony Jesus experienced while praying in the Garden of Gethsemane.

The vigil may include the use of incense. The main service will NOT use incense.

Once a month, we gather together to celebrate Christ's death and resurrection in a sung Eucharist.
The location varies - on 4th May, it will be at St Mary's, Northill.
