St James the Apostle
Our aim is to to create a church community that is welcoming, loving and draws in the wider community to its' life and worship.
We hope that you will find much to interest you in our pages.
We are part of the 3Churches Benefice and have strong links with both Silsoe and Flitton Churches. We are led by our Vicars, Revds Simon and Louise Moore. Our Minsitry Team also includes our reader, Gillian Kern and four Lay leaders of Worship.
As well as our times of worship we enjoy a lot of social and community events organised by the Friends of Pulloxhill Church or by the Parochial Church Council.
We support the Pulloxhill Village News and each month contribute Church News, details of our Services and Contacts and other news such as our popular coffee mornings.
The parish of Pulloxhill is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer who is Gillian Kern (PSO). The Diocese of St.Albans’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services. You can find more about this via the link at the bottom of the page and details of safeguarding contacts can also be found in our Church porch. Details are also available via our website and on the website for the Diocese of St. Albans.
All our Services and Events are published here, on our Website (www.3churches.uk), and in the Pulloxhill Village News.
We would love to meet you and welcome you to our Church.
