We are delighted to officially have a new Team Rector.A choral evensong at Kings Langley had a sermon from Bishop Jane & the Induction & Installation of Father James as our new Rector by The Rural Dean Mike Macey.
After twelve years as our vicar and rector, we said goodbye to Lizzie with thanks for her tireless work and care, and with very best wishes for a happy retirement. Some words from Lizzie on her retirement and goodbye -Wow! What a wonderful day it was! I would like to thank you all most sincerely for the wonderful send-off, and for all your very kind cards, gifts and messages. And huge thanks to the team who worked so hard to organise the wonderful party. I have absolutely LOVED being your Vicar, and will miss you enormously. I will keep you in my prayers. A simple worship and outdoor activities held in the grounds of Leverstock Green CofE Primary School. We will look at the nature all around us with a story, songs, and related activities before we end with hot chocolate & marshmallows toasted on a campfire. <br>We will be outdoors whatever the weather so suitable clothing and footwear is important ! <br>Children must be accompanied by their parents/carers. <br>3rd Tuesdays of every month, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm beginning on 17th January 2023.
