Discover the Story of Christmas for yourself with our annual Carol Service!

You're Invited to an evening of carols, readings and prayers. As we hear the Christmas story retold.

Unwrap the Christmas Story as we follow the star and embark on a journey, hearing the timeless narrative of Christmas through some beautiful readings from the Bible. Each reading will bring you deeper into the story of hope, love, and joy that is the miraculous birth of Jesus.

Sing along to the Christmas carols you know and love and allow the melodies to bring you into the heart of the Christmas story.

After the service, stay a while for conversations with friends and neighbours and enjoy the chance to savour the festive sweetness of mince pies. Connect with your community and share in the joy of the season.

📅 Sunday 15th December at 6.30 p.m.
📍 Location: St Barnabas Church
🎟️ Admission: Free!

Come, be a part of a cherished tradition that has been bringing communities together for generations. Let the music and the story of Christmas weave a tapestry of wonder in your heart. We look forward to celebrating this special season with you!

Safeguarding

As part of the Diocese of St. Albans in the Church of England, we are committed to safeguarding as an integral part of the life and ministry of the Church. This means taking action as a church to promote a safer culture where the welfare of children, young people and adults is paramount, to prevent abuse occurring, to protect those at risk and to respond well to those that have been abused. We will always take care to identify where a person may present a risk to others, and act accordingly.

Our Parish Safeguarding Officer is – Mrs Linda Capon who can be contacted about any safeguarding matter at 01442 217366

The Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser is Mr Jez Hirst who can be contacted at 01727 818107 / 07867 350886 [email protected]
