Support our church

During this difficult time when our church building is closed, we are still a church; meeting virtually for prayer and fellowship,  loving our neighbours by offering practical support to the vulnerable, and caring for our congregation and the wider community. The work of our church is entirely reliant on people’s generosity, a generosity that is a hallmark of a lived-out faith and a testament to it. Much of our income comes from regular giving from our congregation, but we also get income from fundraising events, cash donations during services, and hall hire, and with lockdown we have lost those.  We still have to pay the costs of our building, our admin, and our Parish Share (the amount that every Anglican Church pays to the Diocese which covers the cost of clergy and other support). We receive no external funding from the Government or from the national Church.
