"A Place to Be" is a local social group offering a warm welcome to people living with dementia and their carers (any age).
We have an experienced group of volunteers who provide a warm and friendly welcome and we offer a range of activities throughout the year including:

Music
Entertainment
Quiz’s
Arts & Crafts
Seated Exercise
Board Game Afternoons

Most importantly “a place to be” is a group where people can come together and enjoy sharing experiences and find companionship in a relaxed environment away from the stresses of every day life.
