Join us to celebrate the start of Christmas with a shorter service of readings and carols, featuring festive music sung by the Lay Clerks of the Cathedral Choir.

Please note: In addition to this service, there are two full Festivals of Nine Lessons and Carols—on Saturday, 23rd December at 6:00pm and Christmas Eve at 3:30pm. The Christmas Eve service is especially popular, so we encourage you to consider attending this shorter service or the first Festival on Saturday.

The site of the Bristol Cathedral has been a place of worship for the last 900 years. Today, the Cathedral continues to be an open and welcoming space for all people to pause for thought, find beauty and peace, feel the sacred and come together as communities.
