About Us
Everyone is very welcome at St Andrew's, whether they are coming to a church service, to one of our midweek activities, or for a baptism, wedding or funeral.
We are here "to know Jesus better and to make him better known" in Gorleston.
We have two Sunday services in the church (as well as a Thursday morning communion service):
At 8am we have a traditional language, spoken communion service (Book of Common Prayer) which lasts for 45 minutes.
At 10am we have our main service, which is livestreamed on YouTube, with people of all ages worshipping together. We sing traditional hymns and more modern songs, usually having both our choir and organ, and our worship band within the same service. We celebrate communion together once a month and the service lasts for an hour. Afterwards there is coffee in the Chapter House next door. The service can be found on YouTube each week at www.youtube.com/@standrewschurchgorleston7315
There is more information about church life on our website and we love to receive enquiries about weddings and christenings on the contact form on the website.
