St John the Baptist, Cockayne Hatley

A church for Cockayne Hatley.

A church for retreat and quiet.

Welcome to the website of St John the Baptist, Cockayne Hatley.

We are small group of people who seek to serve God's mission both as a parish church to the village of Cockayne Hatley and increasingly as a 'thin space' for people to visit for quiet days, study days, retreat days and concerts. You can find out more about us by exploring the pages listed on the left of this webpage or using the menu button in the top right.

We hope to meet you at one of our services or events soon!

Safeguarding

Our parish of Cockayne Hatley is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of St.Albans’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.
