On Tuesday 3 October 2023 we welcomed twenty members of the Buntingford U3a (University of the Third Age) "Church Crawlers" group, so called because they have a monthly programme of visits to local churches.

The group were offered drinks and cake on arrival.  We then visited the churchyard to hear the story of the poet WE Henley, who is buried there, and returned to the church for a tour, interwoven with the history of the church and village.
