Social Events

We are a very sociable and hospitable congregation, which enjoys regular gatherings , sustained by great home cooked food, fine wines and magical company.

Events are organised by our dedicated committee, with a view to raising money to support the local and the wider community, and the following planned (so far) - after a brilliant Burns Night Feast:

1. 19 March - Irish themed quiz and meal.

2. 23 April  - St George’s Day Medieval Banquet

3.  2 - 5 June - Platinum Jubilee Weekend – including Bell ringing; Beacon lighting; a Flower Festival in church with cream teas: Ecumenical Church Service followed by a Town roast dinner on Sunday  These events will be organised and co - hosted  with the Town Council

Later in the year we will hold our Annual Bonfire and Fireworks festival.

All events will be held in the Church, the Church Hall or the Church Field.
