At All Saints we have a close relationship with Sutton Lower School and this is our weekly service with them. The service is in two sections and people are free to attend just one, but are very welcome to both. The first begins at 2:45pm and isn’t too formal. It will include some opening prayers, a Bible reading and then a short reflection followed by more prayers. A good stilling time before God in our busy lives. The second section begins at 3pm with the arrival of the children from school. There is a procession, prayers and then a Bible reading, but with a slightly different talk. There is then a song and then we finish with some more prayers. It’s a delightful all age service!

School Term Time Only

Safeguarding

Our parish of Sutton is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of St.Albans’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Joanna Hollington on [email protected] or 01767 261910 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Jeremy Hirst on 07867350886 or 01727 818107. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
