About Us

Welcome to All Saints! A typical village church in the wonderful village of Sutton!

Like all churches we are continually discerning our mission, that is to say what we understand God to be calling us to, but broadly speaking there are two overlapping commitments we work to.

The first is of course our village of Sutton. We work hard to keep a space available to them for quiet and prayer as well as for funerals and weddings. More crucially we also have a concern for those that might be lonely in the village. We therefore organise a number events throughout the year and more recently our monthly afternoon teas (See Events and Services Page for the Latest)

The second is our school links with Sutton Lower School which are strong and have been for some years. This is particularly due to our Shine Together service (formerly the ‘Sutton Friday Service) details of which can be found in the relevant worship section. We also welcome the school in twice a term for curriculum events and have good links through the Governing Board. You can find out more about the school here: https://www.suttonvalowerschool.org.uk/

Coming to a Service or Event?

Location – SG19 2NB. We are on the main road that goes through Sutton village on the west side of the ford.

Parking – We would like to prioritise parking immediately outside the church for those who have mobility issues, hearses and wedding cars. Please therefore park in the field. With the church behind you on your left this is located immediately left before crossing the ford.

Facilities – The church has a disabled toilet at the back of church
