All Saints’ Church Centre
You are most welcome to visit us at All Saints Church Centre, you might be surprised at how many people you already know! Most of the congregation live in the surrounding roads and All Saints' provides a meeting place for the local community.
We are part of the parish of North Stoneham & Bassett and are committed to celebrating and sharing the good news of God's love and purposes revealed in Jesus Christ.
We provide:
1\. Regular worship, open to all
2\. Sacred space for worship, prayer and contemplation
3\. Pastoral support, including care of the sick and bereaved.
4\. Opportunities to meet people and share our lives whilst eating meals and/or drinking coffee.
4\. Space for community activities.
Our history stretches back to around 1887 when 'Point Out was populated mainly by poor labourers who worked in the local brickfields', how things change! The original Point Out Mission Church, (now 'Little Berries'), was built in 1891 and is situated at the other end of Pointout Road from the present building which was opened in 1970.

St Michael & All Angels - Bassett Avenue
A warm welcome awaits you at St Michael & All Angels and we would love you to join us for our services which are held every Sunday morning at 8am and 10am. St Michael's sits firmly in the choral and liturgical tradition of the Church of England and serves this area of Bassett as well as drawing congregation from further afield with an interest in choral worship. Our 8am service is a traditional said Book of Common Prayer service while at 10am a Common worship service is enhanced by choral music. The first Sunday of the month is where all ages worship together and younger members of the congregation help to lead our worship while the fourth Sunday of the month is choral Eucharist.
Twice a month, Sunday evenings are filled with the music, prayers and readings of Evensong, and on the last Friday of the month a Taize-stye service provides an oasis of stillness and reflection.
We look forward to meeting you, and to sharing in the worship of the God of peace and love.
